Designations and Certifications:
AB - (Associate Broker). Additional education is required to obtain a Brokers License. Associate Broker is not the managing broker at a firm.
ABR - (Accredited Buyer Representative). The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
CRS - (Certified Residential Specialist). CRS recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
CSP - (Certified New Home Sales Professional). Taken through the National Association of Homebuilders. Designed for specialists in new home sales.
At Home with Diversity - Certification Program dealing with issues of fair housing, diversity and cultural differences.
